Dear Team,

Where in the buying cycle would you typically use the champion letter?

@Joe Huber @Vijinder Mahadew I can take a stab at this. Usually the Champion letter is used after there is success with implementation. It isn't something you would use during the buying cycle. That's when you're testing and validating the champion. The Champion letter is something that you would do to celebrate the champion with the board or upper leadership. You would articulate the great success you've had with the project, the outcomes the business has achieved (things the board/ceo care about), and how your Champion was an integral part in making those outcomes happen. This is a tactic to help you build a "champion for life" and further that relationship. It's a tactic used after the initial sale, not during it.
