Has anyone else had trouble loading the exam since it was slightly changed today?

I have been trouble uploading the exam to take today.

I've tried on a Chromebook, Iphone, and Windows PC.

Does anyone have any insight on how to get it to load or actions I might need to take to be able to access it?
