Did you know that you can assign in-scope Command Series Professional Certifications to your team members to help increase their adoption and verify their knowledge and application of the methodology? We built a special type of assignment functionality specifically for this use case.
Admins with Company-Wide Assignment permissions can use the Command Series Certifications tab under Team Management → Assignments to:
- See who's eligible and not eligible to be assigned a specific certification.
- Select users from the eligible list and assign the certification to them.
- See who's currently assigned the certification, their completion status, and their due date (if any). Tip: Right-clicking on this list will give you an option to export it to Excel for easy reporting.
- Set and change due dates for certification completion.
- Send one-off reminders to assigned users to complete the certification (only sends to those who haven't completed it yet).
