The Power of Practice

Staying at the top of our sales game requires the same level of dedication as elite athletes. Just like the pro players hit the gym after hours or run extra drills when the stands are empty, we have to commit to practicing our craft when no one is watching. It’s the work you put in after the workday that separates the good from the great. Whether it’s role-playing tough objection scenarios or refining your pitch until it feels second nature, that extra effort makes all the difference.

I encourage you to prioritize consistent learning - know your market inside and out, keep up with evolving trends, and always be ready to adapt. Also, take time to reflect on the wins and the losses to fine-tune your approach.

Practice isn’t always glamorous, but it’s the key to sustained success and being elite. Let’s go!

I don't even leave it for after work. This is a part of my job, so I make time for it in 1:1s.

Also, I use ChatGPT sometimes to help come up with scenarios and think through how I'd approach it. Great stuff and I agree!
