    It's really all about focusing on the people behind the customer. I work with my teams to help them understand that there's not some monolith that operates, but people that make the company go. If we work to help those people achieve their goals and the things that they want to do, then we're going to sell more. They'll want to work with us because they know what we're selling is working.
