ADMIN RESOURCE: Manage Access for Your Company (Authorized Purchaser)

If you have admin permissions to manage access, you'll be able to do so via the Access tab on the Team Management page. From this tab you can view how many of your Ascender Access seats are in use, see your subscription dates, and request to buy more access.

Navigate to the Access Page

The Access tab on the Team Management page is where you’ll go to manage Ascender and methodology access seats. To get there:

  1. Select the Profile and Account Settings icon in the top right menu.
  2. Select Team Management.
  3. View and manage access on the Access tab.

Note: Only the Authorized Purchaser will have access to this tab.

Buy More Access

  1. On the Access tab, select Buy More.
  2. Enter the number you’d like to purchase.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Select Confirm Purchase.

The Access tab will now show the updated total.
