Hi everyone! I'm Brady Locher, Head of Learning at Ascender.

We've launched some courses for you to check out, but one thing I keep coming back to is the importance of certifications and how they elevate status. Whether that is internally as a candidate for promotions or externally as a candidate for new roles.

This all leads back to my question in the title. What does certification mean to you? How will you use it? Would you show it on LinkedIn? Let us know in the comments.

    I never thought as certification as elevating status before, but I think you're right as I would absolutely add it to my LinkedIn and the driver would be to show my proficiency in the topic/discipline, AKA MEDDICC training, CoM, etc. Short term goals would be internal promotion.
