Does anyone have problems with Questions on in Prospecting certification

I tried most of combinations from https://my.ascender.co/Ascender/PlayLesson?CertificationId=fa4945e6-5492-4f95-a28b-6e899620c47c&CertificationNavigatedFrom=Pipeline%20Generation%20Certification&LessonId=33a3c99a-3de2-4e31-8320-d7a7a49f8b75 but can't pass Question 1 in the prospecting certification. It says you need 80% but if you don't correctly answer the first question, you can't pass through to the second question. What am I missing?

    Take a look at the Introduction chapter in the Lead Qualification course where you'll find the correct choices. Additionally, we have made a change to the assessment that let's an Ascender move on from an incorrect answer to the next question if the prefer.

    Brady, it's still working as before -- I can't move to the next step in Chrome. In Safari and other browsers, the test is simply not loading. Can you double check and confirm that it's possible to proceed to the 2nd question even if the first question is incorrect.

    I finished the course but I keep getting message that course needs to be finished. Can you have a look at what's going on?

    This is still not working and I am having the same issue... the first question in funky to say the least and I am not sure what the answer is that you all are looking for even after reviewing the content.


    Are you referring to the pre call planning chapter @Brady Locher Jr as that is the first piece of the certification course.

    The answers to question #1are in the Introduction chapter of the Lead Qualification course. We have made some adjustments to the way the assessment works that will now allow Ascenders to proceed from a question even though the answer is incorrect. At the successful (80%+) conclusion of the assessment, after clicking the Complete Course button in the lower right hand corner, you will be recognized as eligible for your certificate.

    Just tried this again after going through the content with exact info/using every combo possible.... it doesnt work and you are still not able to move past the first question.....
